Mark is a brilliant dentist, I used to be scared of having my teeth examined, but Dr Becker has cured me of my fear. He is very gentle and kind.
Thank you again for doing my tooth again. You are amazing. I don’t know how you do it, but you make the whole thing almost enjoyable, which is very close to impossible. But you can make the impossible happen!
And the tooth feels brilliant too, like a completely different tooth from the last week. I could gently feel it once or twice, but that’s absolutely nothing compared to what it was. I would never believe that the pain will just stop and the tooth won’t start hurting again, but fortunately you always seem to be right.
I am really glad I have you. Have a lovely day.
Travel to see Mark who is a really skilled, professional and gentle dentist. I have recently become his patient and wish I had done so a long time ago. I was a nervous patient but no longer. I am totally confident in his care and advice. He is the best dentist I have ever been to.
My family and I have enjoyed the best possible dental care from Dr Becker. His professional attitude, excellent advice and innovative approach are at the highest level.

Excellent Dentist
Mark has been looking after me and my family for years. I can honestly say he’s the best dentist I’ve ever been to and have absolute faith in him and his entire friendly team. He’s always been caring and most importantly for me gentle and never does anything unnecessary (unlike previous dentist) His new surgery at Brent Cross is bright and modern with state of the art equipment. Wouldn’t go anywhere else
Caring profession ??
So disappointed and feel let down by Mark Becker, who despite being an excellent dentist, with state of the art equipment , showed himself to be insensitive and uncaring. My husband (79 years young) fell in his surgery and hit his side severely, in front of Mark. He had to ask for water, and wasn’t asked how he was getting home . The bruising and pain was SO bad he had to go for an X Ray to check if his ribs were broken , and he had bruising covering 1/3rd of his back for 2 weeks, and still has severe discomfort.. Only after 24 hours and 2 of my calls to his receptionists , did Mark finally phone back, with no apology for not enquiring how his patient was . Disgusted and neither of us will be returning to this practice.
Reliable and informative
Mark is always honest and Stacey is a great hygenist
FAQs
How Long Does Dental Implant Treatment Take?
Dental implant treatment typically takes between 3 to 6 months from start to finish. This allows time for the implant to properly fuse with the jawbone (a process called osseointegration). In some cases, if additional procedures like bone grafting are required, the overall timeline may be longer.
Are Dental Implants Painful?
Most patients report minimal discomfort during and after the procedure. The implant placement is usually carried out under local anaesthetic, so you won’t feel pain during treatment. Afterward, mild soreness or swelling is normal for a few days and can usually be managed with over-the-counter pain relief.
How Long Do Dental Implants Last?
Dental implants are designed to be a long-term solution and can last 10–15 years or more with proper care. In many cases, they can last a lifetime. Maintaining good oral hygiene and attending regular dental check-ups are key to ensuring their longevity.
Can Anyone Get Dental Implants?
Most adults with good general and oral health are suitable candidates for dental implants. However, sufficient bone density in the jaw is needed to support the implant. Patients with certain medical conditions or those who smoke heavily may require additional assessment or treatment before proceeding.
How Do I Look After My Implants?
Caring for dental implants is similar to caring for natural teeth. This includes brushing twice daily, flossing regularly, and attending routine dental visits. Good oral hygiene helps prevent complications such as gum disease, which can affect the success of the implant over time.
